ASEAN Business and Investment Summit 2025

On October 25-26, 2025, a delegation of the Russia-ASEAN Business Council took part in the largest ASEAN regional business summit, the ASEAN Business & Investment Summit, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
During the ASEAN Business & Investment Summit, the ASEAN-Russia Business Council held talks with official delegations and representatives of the business leaders of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. During the working meetings, issues of the electric power industry, food supply, tourism, education, healthcare and the development of aquaculture were discussed.
During the ASEAN Business & Investment Summit, issues of deepening cooperation in the field of digital economy, trade, energy and finance were discussed. More than 2,000 business representatives from 30 countries took part in the events.
In addition, a delegation from the Business Council participated in the ASEAN-Indo-Pacific Forum, held on October 27, 2025 in Kuala Lumpur as part of ASEAN events.
